RedotPay Eyes $5 Billion Valuation in Renewed US IPO Push

A potential $5 billion valuation hangs in the balance as Hong Kong-based stablecoin processor RedotPay weighs a confidential U.S. regulatory filing before year-end. Despite ongoing legal headwinds, the payments firm is accelerating its path to a public debut, backed by a syndicate of major global investment banks.

RedotPay Eyes $5 Billion Valuation in Renewed US IPO Push

The company is currently in discussions regarding a pre-IPO funding round that could push its market value between $4 billion and $5 billion. JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, Jefferies, and Barclays are advising on the proposed listing, with Barclays joining the cohort as a previously undisclosed partner. A confidential filing would allow the Securities and Exchange Commission to review draft documents privately, shielding the process from public scrutiny until the company is ready to finalize its registration statement.

These maneuvers persist despite a $473 million lawsuit filed by Binance-affiliated entities in August. The plaintiffs allege that RedotPay utilized misappropriated trade secrets to siphon off more than 470,000 Binance Card customers. While the litigation continues to loom over the firm’s corporate reputation, RedotPay has maintained a steady operational trajectory, claiming it is vigorously defending against all claims. The company reports serving over 9 million users, with annualized revenue exceeding $180 million and a profit margin reportedly surpassing 50% through the first nine months of 2026.
