Expansion into Regional Infrastructure
In a parallel move, the company signed a separate letter of intent with an undisclosed Indonesian counterparty to secure a 50,000-square-meter land parcel. The site is intended to house a future AI computing and data center hub. This agreement includes an initial $180,000 booking fee to reserve the property while the company conducts further evaluation. These initiatives represent a sharp departure from the firm’s core whisky distribution business.
