Pharma Gains Drive Top-Line Growth
Total revenue for the quarter rose to $1.41 billion, surpassing the $1.39 billion consensus. This growth was fueled by consistent performance across all primary business units, particularly within the specialized medicine category. Performance highlights include:
- The Pharmaceuticals division led the way with a 14% increase to $378 million.
- Vision Care, the company’s largest segment, grew 8% to $778 million.
