The deal encompasses a broad spectrum of the workforce, including contact center agents, customer relations staff, and concierge teams. This latest settlement follows recent agreements reached with the airline's flight operations and in-flight crew schedulers, signaling a period of steady industrial relations for the carrier.

Mike Abbott, the airline’s Vice President of Labor Relations, credited the bargaining team for their diligence throughout the negotiation process. The contract remains active until Feb. 28, 2030, providing a long-term framework for the company's operational staff.
