According to the official announcement, Davenport will not depart immediately but will instead transition into an advisory role. In this capacity, she will provide strategic support and assist with the leadership handover to ensure a seamless transition for the St. Louis-based manufacturer.
During her tenure, BellRing Brands focused on expanding its footprint in the high-demand health and wellness sector. The board's decision to look outside the company for a new chief executive suggests a desire for fresh perspective as the firm enters its next phase of growth following Darcy Davenport’s retirement.
