This 24-kilowatt platform builds upon a previous 20-kilowatt collaboration between the two companies. By adopting Nvidia’s latest form factor, the board allows for direct integration onto compute motherboards, positioning components as close as possible to the XPUs. This physical proximity reduces power-delivery losses, a critical bottleneck for the high-intensity demands of modern artificial intelligence workloads.
Beyond raw power capacity, the design simplifies overall system architecture. It improves reliability and efficiency while simultaneously shrinking the physical footprint required on the motherboard. With shares climbing 40% year-to-date, this release represents a strategic expansion of Navitas' portfolio, which now encompasses 800 distinct AI data-center platforms.
