The company’s revenue reached 8.08 billion yen for the half-year, showing growth against the 7.94 billion yen generated in 2025. However, rising costs impacted the bottom line, with operating profit dropping to 304 million yen from 353 million yen. Pretax profit followed a similar downward trajectory, settling at 317 million yen compared to the previous year’s 371 million yen.

Earnings per share for the period were 34.08 yen, down from 39.27 yen a year ago. These results, which were prepared according to Japanese accounting standards, reflect the current financial climate for the retailer as it navigates shifting operational expenses.
