Steiner is set to resign from his post immediately following the filing of the company’s annual report for the year ending Dec. 31. Despite stepping down from the CFO role, he will retain a presence within the organization, continuing his service as a board member and acting as chief operating officer for the subsidiary, Neptune Flood Incorporated.
Melej joins the executive team from Hingham Institution for Savings, where he currently serves as CFO. His appointment serves as a natural evolution for the firm, as he has already held a seat on the Neptune board since last year, providing him with existing insight into the company's financial operations and strategic direction.
