Under the proposed structure, existing BlueFlare shareholders and select management figures will retain an 80% stake in the combined organization. This transition marks a significant pivot for FingerMotion, which currently focuses on service delivery within the Chinese market.
Leadership roles are slated for realignment upon completion of the merger. Jolie Kahn is expected to take the helm as chief executive of the new BlueFlare entity. Landon Ruszkowski will maintain his role as chief executive of BlueFlare Canada, while Christopher Polimeni is set to continue as the combined company’s chief financial officer.
