The company now projects adjusted earnings between $3.82 and $3.86 per share for the fiscal year, a sharp increase from its previous forecast of $3.55. This optimism follows a robust second quarter where sales jumped 51% to $520.8 million, easily clearing analyst estimates of $473.5 million. Chief Financial Officer Mandy Fields noted that with only a quarter of current revenue generated abroad, the brand has substantial untapped potential in overseas territories.
Expansion efforts are diversifying beyond traditional strongholds. The brand is betting on the portfolio strength of Rhode, the skincare line founded by Hailey Bieber, which debuted in Sephora stores across 19 European countries this September. Simultaneously, the company has initiated a move into the Brazilian market, marking a strategic shift to capture consumer demand in South America as it attempts to replicate its domestic success on a global scale.
