This extension falls under the broader Overseas Security Installation Services (OSIS) framework, a critical pillar of the State Department’s global protection strategy.

The scope of the work spans both physical and technical defense layers. According to the company, Parsons is tasked with installing advanced security systems, managing access control, and providing continuous operational support. Crucially, the contract includes the deployment of counter-unmanned aircraft systems (C-UAS) to mitigate emerging aerial threats to government assets.

The 10-year contract, which now enters its seventh year, highlights the ongoing reliance of federal agencies on private-sector technical expertise to manage complex global risks. By maintaining these sophisticated systems, Parsons ensures the operational continuity of American foreign policy hubs across various high-stakes environments.
